Since more than 10 years Family Jarak is offering an unforgettable stay for guests from all over the world.

The well-maintained house with several apartments and studios for 2-5 persons is located in the western part of Makarska. The popular holiday and beach resort is located at the foot of the mighty Biokovo, and it is one of the finest and most popular Dalmatian coastal parts.

Villa Jarak is located a short walk to the beautiful pebble beach and near the popular beach promenade with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is 100 meters from the house and can be reached in one minute.

The house is in the 2nd row to the beach. The friendly German-speaking hostess is looking very well after their guests and you can discuss any questions about your stay anytime.

The house is very neat and tidy and the daily housekeeping is included. Various shady plants and flowers of all kinds add to the great atmosphere.

Inside the house the first impression of the front garden and courtyard continues. A bright, friendly atmosphere is filling the entire building. A tastefully furnished community kitchen-living room is located on the 1st floor.

All apartments and studios have their own fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, and have air conditioning and satellite TV. The apartments have beautiful sea-view terraces. The smaller studios do not have balconies, but the common areas in front have tables and 2-3 chairs, so that also here you can enjoy the outdoors.

Free Wi-Fi Internet and a safe for each apartment are included and you also can bring your four-legged friends. Laundry service is also available upon request.

The apartments are available from April to November. Arrival and departure are flexible, depending upon existing reservations.

The beautiful beaches of Makarska, the charm of the place, Mediterranean, picturesque old town and the miles and miles of idyllic beach with various restaurants, souvenir shops, beach cafes, ice cream parlors and much more will enchant you. The Biokovo Nature Park and the islands of Hvar and Brac invite for day trips. Dubrovnik and Split are close enough for a great day trip.
